Rd Agung Fajar Apriliyano, S.H., M.H.

Rd Agung Fajar Apriliyano is an advocate and legal consultant affiliated with the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia - Peradi). He completed his studies at the Master of Law program at Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta (FH UNS). The cases he has handled include ISO 14001 for PT Fine Sinter Indonesia, project founder and shareholder agreements, collective labor agreements (PKB) and company regulations (PP) for several companies. In addition, several other major legal cases include representing PT Kimia Farma Tbk, handling capital market disputes for a securities company against the OJK RI, as a lawyer KPU RI in the 2024 legislative election disputes (Pileg 2024) for Kab. Sarmi, Kab. Jayapura, Kab. North Aceh, Kab. Boalemo, Serang City and South Kalimantan Province, as well as in the 2024 regional head election process disputes (Pilkada 2024) in North Sulawesi Province, all of which ended with favorable outcomes for his clients. These roles have given him expertise in several legal practice areas, including election disputes (SPPU-PHPU), investment & capital markets, natural resources, public policy & human rights, administrative law, intellectual property rights (HAKI), antitrust, and industrial disputes.

Dani Septian Nugroho, S.H. He is an advocate who has experience handling various cases, both non-litigation and litigation. Dani started his career as a legal staff at an oil palm plantation company in Jakarta in 2020 before becoming a legal practitioner. Muhammad Haikal Firzuni, S.H.

Muhammad Haikal Firzuni, S.H. is a seasoned attorney licensed by PERADI and a proud graduate of the Faculty of Law at Trisakti University. With a wealth of experience in constitutional law, he has made his mark as a skilled advocate in high-profile cases before the Constitutional Court. His notable contributions include the formal review of Law Number 17 of 2023 on Health, the formal review of Law Number 3 of 2022 concerning the Capital City, and the material review of Law Number 1 of 2022 regarding Financial Relations between the Central and Regional Governments. He also played a key role in the examination of Law Number 10 of 2016, which significantly influenced the political landscape of regional elections in Indonesia. Haikal has adeptly represented hospitals in diverse litigation and non-litigation matters, showcasing his versatility.
